With a significant focus on holistic care, our program reduces hospitalizations, emergency room visits, and assists
in the management of underlying co-morbid conditions. Through our proprietary approach, our model gives you
opportunity to actively participate in the overall care of patients. This full population health model accepts
responsibility for the overall care and cost of the patients.
As a Renal Dietician, you will be an integral member of the integrated care team, ensuring consistently high
standards of nutritional care for dialysis patients.
Education, Experience, Certificates
Master’s Degree in Science, Dietetics, Nutrition, or Food.
Minimum of two years’ experience in clinical nutrition as a Registered Dietitian working with dialysis patients.
A desire to provide a holistic approach to healthcare
Current Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) certification showing proof registered
Current Dietitian license in applicable state is required
Current CPR certification.

Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour
