Experienced, Dialysis Registered Nurse Opening in a Thousand Oaks

Great opportunity for a Registered Nurse Manager with at least 12 months experience in dialysis.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities You Will Learn:

• Provide nursing care to in-center and home dialysis patients.
• Responsible for Plan of Care, monitoring, administration, and documentation of medication administration.
• Oversight of patient care technicians (including Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technicians, and CCHT’s in
  training.
• Communication with the patient’s nephrologist.
• Communication with other providers (SNF, Acute Care, Home Health) as required for the clinic’s patients.
• Work with other members of the Inter-Disciplinary Team on a regular basis (Social Worker Dietitian,
  Nephrologist, CCHT)
• Upholds and supports company values in words and actions. Speaks respectfully to patients and teammates and
  strives to follow company policies and procedures, asking when unclear.
• Manage RN staff and oversee dialysis technicians

Minimum Qualifications:

• California Registered Nurse (RN) required.
• 12 months experience in dialysis required.
• Strong computer literacy and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience required.
• Must be a team player and deal in an environment with a flexible schedule.
• Ability to interact with all levels of the interdisciplinary team.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with changing priorities.
• Desire to grow and develop in the dialysis profession.

• Pay: $45.00 – $50.00 per hour
• Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
